Placing an order
Add the goods chosen to the cart, then open the cart and specify the quantity of the items needed. Make sure that all the details are indicated correctly. To go to the order finalization form, press “Proceed to checkout”. On the checkout page, revise the shipping address and the email address.

Shipping terms (depending on the region):
USA International ― 10–21 days;
Europe ― 8–10 days;
Latin America ― 10–21 days;
Canada ― 10–21 days (if you want to order our goods to Canada, please, contact our consultant in the first place).
Tracking an order
After you make a payment, the information about your order will be sent to the warehouse, and, within about 72 hours, the customer support team will send you the tracking number.
Returns and compensation
We can refund clients only if your order has not been sent yet. Also, we will reship the order, if it is held by customs or has been lost somewhere in transit. Compensation for damaged goods is discussed with a client on an individual basis only.
A delivery fee is fixed and equals $30 for all the orders.
