Do Megabolix have a minimal order ?
* No ! At Megabolix You are ready to buy only products You desire, we do not have minimal orders.
How long takes you to receive my payment thru Western Union and Bank-Wire transfer?
* Payments made by Western Union money transfer are normally processed and cleared within 1-2 business day. Wire-Transfer payments are processed and cleared within 3-5 business day. Once payment is received we ship your order in no longer than 2-3 business days.
How long take to receive my order?
* Shipping time depend on various factors (postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit ), that's why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience. We estimate: 7 to 10 business days to Europe, 12 to 15 to USA and rest of the world. Please note that we use different shipping locations in order to avoid customs flags. We ship from Europe.
What shipping method do you use?
* We ship by regular mail and EMS because it is the safest and assure both of us of the highest rate of successful delivery since: no prescriptoion is needed, is not traceable, does not require a signature upon delivery, can be shipped to PO-Boxes and PMB's and offer maximum discretion.
Where do you ship from? How about returns?
* Please note that we use different shipping locations in order to avoid customs flags. We ship from Europe. We do accept returns.
What about delays?
* There are few occassions when delivery is delayed due to Postal Services procedures. However in those occasions delivery might take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
* We ship worldwide.
! We do not accept orders from the following countries: Australia, Norway, Finland, New Zealand.
What are your success delivery rate?
* We have 98% success delivery rate to USA, and 99% success to any EU country.
What happens if my package get sized?
* If your package(s) get seized (it happens sometimes... fortunately only 1-2% of orders get sized) we resend the order (we will need your customs letter scan at 120 dpi to avoid scummers).
When (and if) your package(s) is seized you will receive a letter from customs describing what they have seized and they will give you a deadline to respond and attempt to claim your seized property or they will destroit it.
! We assume that is no need to remind you to let them destroy it. Do not, under no circumstances, respond to them and don't worry you are not in trouble. Every day they seize thousands of packages and that's all.
If your order does not arrive in 30 days most probably it means that is seized by customs and you should expect a seizure note (that can take from few days to 1 month due to the system bureaucracy).
